PROGRAM DESIGN &

GRANTS MANAGEMENT

Grant writing and management is a constant in the nonprofit world, which means you are often scrambling to meet deadlines. In the midst of this frenzy, you don’t always have time to focus on the heart of the grant - the program design.

We can help you in both of these areas.

WHAT

WE OFFER

  • Our advisor network - access to expertise from subject matter experts in a wide variety of fields

  • Program design

  • Project management through the entire grant life cycle

  • Detailed workplaces for tracking

  • Narrative input and grant writing

  • Letters of support authorship

OUR PROCESS

Before we formalize our partnership with you, we perform an in-depth grant review in order to understand the scope of the opportunity. We then work with your team to assess your organizations’s readiness.

As our partnership begins, we create a comprehensive workplan with milestones and a detailed timeline. We then work closely with your core team to design innovative and creative programming that we will write into the grant that helps you stand out. We tap into our extensive advisor network, pulling from experts across a diverse set of subjects.

We do all of this while making sure this programming can be successfully operationalized, and we do it with a lens for scaling. While we’re moving through this process with you, we make sure to keep leadership and other critical stakeholders informed of the progress.

Once the program design is outlined, we write the narrative and personalized letters of support for your references, getting feedback from your team at a regular cadence. Once the narrative is finalized, we have a close out meeting to review the program, overall grant framework, and the debrief on the process.
